Solución:
No hay ninguna propiedad para centrar el texto en TStringGrid, pero puede hacerlo en el evento DrawCell como:

Esta es una solución mucho mejor que las otras y en ellas había un error de escritura en los procedimientos. TStringGrid.SetCellsAlignment y TStringGrid.SetCellsAlignment los (-1 < Index) comparar era correcto, pero then y else las partes se intercambiaron... La versión correcta (esta) mostrará que cuando el índice es mayor que -1, sobrescribirá el valor almacenado; de lo contrario, agregará una nueva entrada, los demás harán exactamente lo contrario y sacarán una lista del mensaje de índice. , gracias por detectar tal.
También he hecho posible que todo esté en otra unidad separada, así que aquí está (espero que ahora sea correcto y gracias por detectar tales errores):

Esta es una unidad completa, guárdela en un archivo llamado AlignedTStringGrid.pas.
Entonces en cualquier formulario tienes un TStringGrid agregar ,AlignedTStringGrid al final de la cláusula de usos de la interfaz.
Nota: Lo mismo se puede hacer para las filas, pero por ahora no sé cómo mezclar ambas (columnas y filas) por cómo seleccionar la prioridad, si alguien está muy interesado en eso, hágamelo saber.
