Cómo llamar a GraphViz desde Java

Solución:

Verifique esta API, es simple y tiene varios formatos de salida (es decir, pdf gif ..etc).

Primero hay config.properties archivo que necesita para crear y copiar y pegar lo siguiente:

que creará dotsource.dot y DotGraph.pdf que representa un gráfico cúbico en el directorio que especificó. Recuerde: solo necesita cambiar los valores de dos parámetros en el código: cfgProp y TEMP_DIR.

Puede usar la clase Graphviz Java API que es un contenedor para Runtime.exec (), esto es si tiene los binarios dot en el mismo servidor que su aplicación Java.

Si no tiene dot instalado en el servidor o si está utilizando un entorno como Google AppEngine donde no puede instalar dot binaries localmente, entonces puede usar Graphviz Server, un servidor HTTP ligero basado en Java, aún necesita instalar el dot binarios en el servidor en el que ejecuta Graphviz Server.

El siguiente es un ejemplo de código que utiliza la clase de API Graphviz Java
