Ejecute esto desde un módulo normal.

SendKeys es directo, pero puede que no te guste (por ejemplo, abre la ventana Inmediato si estaba cerrada y mueve el foco).
La forma WinAPI + VBE es realmente elaborada, pero es posible que desee no otorgar acceso VBA a VBE (incluso podría ser la política del grupo de su empresa no hacerlo).
En lugar de borrar, puede vaciar su contenido (o parte de ella …) lejos con espacios en blanco:

Desafortunadamente, esto solo funciona si la posición del cursor está al final de la ventana Inmediato (la cadena se inserta, no se agrega). Si solo publica contenido a través de Debug.Print y no usa la ventana de forma interactiva, esto hará el trabajo. Si usa activamente la ventana y ocasionalmente navega dentro del contenido, esto no ayuda mucho.
