Puede utilizar la función de forma de Shapely:

y un MultiPolygon es una lista de polígonos, por lo que
Multi = MultiPolygon([shape(pol['geometry']) for pol in fiona.open('data/boroughs/boroughs_n.shp')])

Si la velocidad es un problema, es más rápido crear el multipolígono a partir de las coordenadas sin procesar.
Esto es aproximadamente 5 veces más rápido que la solución sugerida anteriormente de tener que crear primero varios objetos poligonales y luego crear el objeto multipolígono a partir de ellos.
