Solución:
firebase/php-jwt
la biblioteca usa Composer. Composer es un administrador de dependencias para PHP similar a Maven en Java si viene con experiencia en el desarrollo de Android. Necesitaría saber cómo importar clases en PHP usando las funciones de requerir / incluir de PHP. Necesitaría algo de experiencia con php para usar composer.
